Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $40. Under $40 our standard shipping is a flat $8.
We do our best to fulfill orders within 48-hours*, shipped via UPS ground generally taking 2-4 days. If you have any questions about your order status, please email us at contactus@koraskitchen.com.

*Soft Treats Require Refridgeration
All orders that include our soft treat refrigerated products will be cold-packed and shipped 2-day service only on Monday and Tuesday to ensure weekday delivery. If there is a major delay in shipping, and the item is no longer fresh please let our team know and we will be more than happy to replace or refund.
Local Delivery
Local delivery orders of $20 or more will receive free shipping. If you are within the delivery area, Local Delivery will display at checkout.
Return and Exchange Policy
All of our items are fresh or custom, so we do not accept returns. If there is anything wrong with your product, please reach out to us and we will be more than happy to work out a solution with you.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery so that we can process your request promptly.
